MarketHubTT Vendor Payment Agreement

By signing up as a vendor on MarketHubTT.com, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding payment processing: Bank Account Requirement Vendors must provide a valid business or personal bank account to receive payments for completed orders. Payments will only be processed and deposited into the bank account provided during registration. Payment Processing & Schedule Payments to vendors will be made once the funds from customer orders arrive in MarketHubTT’s bank account. Once received, payments will be transferred to the vendor's bank account via bank transfer, subject to the bank’s processing times. Vendors must ensure their banking details are accurate to avoid delays in payment processing. Customer Orders & Payment Collection Vendors will receive the full amount of their product prices as listed on the website. Payments will be sent only after the funds from the customer have successfully cleared in MarketHubTT’s bank account. Driver Collection MarketHubTT drivers will collect orders from your location for delivery to customers. Payment will be processed once the customer’s payment has been cleared in MarketHubTT’s account. Vendor Responsibility Vendors are responsible for providing correct and up-to-date banking details to avoid failed transactions. MarketHubTT is not liable for failed deposits due to incorrect or outdated banking details provided by the vendor. No cash payments will be made to vendors. Agreement Confirmation By checking the box below, I confirm that: ✔ I understand and agree that payments for customer orders will only be made once the funds arrive in MarketHubTT’s bank account. ✔ I acknowledge that bank transfers are subject to my bank’s processing times. ✔ I agree that I am responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date banking details. ✔ I understand that MarketHubTT does not make cash payments to vendors. ✔ I accept that payments will be processed through bank transfers or online wallets as outlined.

MarketHubTT Vendor Agreement

By joining MarketHubTT.com as a vendor, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Product Responsibility Vendors must store and maintain their own products in good condition. Any changes in product availability (e.g., out-of-stock or discontinued items) must be promptly updated on the platform. Product Readiness for Delivery All products must be ready for pickup when the driver arrives for delivery. Vendors are responsible for properly packaging their items before handing them over to the delivery team. One-Time Vendor Fee Vendors must pay a one-time registration fee of $50 TTD to join MarketHubTT. After payment, vendors can list up to 20 products on the platform with no additional charges. Hosting & Fees Listing on MarketHubTT is completely free – vendors are not charged any monthly fees. MarketHubTT applies a small percentage increase to product prices to cover operational costs. Product Removal Vendors must provide advance notice if they wish to remove a product from MarketHubTT. MarketHubTT Responsibilities MarketHubTT hosts vendor products on its platform, making them accessible to customers. MarketHubTT does not store or manage vendors’ inventory—only delivery services are provided. Standards & Compliance Vendors must maintain high product quality and timely availability for deliveries. Vendors are responsible for fulfilling customer orders and ensuring smooth transactions. Agreement Confirmation By checking the box below, I confirm that: ✔ I have read and understood the terms outlined above. ✔ I agree to store my products in good condition and keep availability up to date. ✔ I acknowledge that MarketHubTT does not charge me a monthly fee for listing. ✔ I understand that a one-time fee of $50 TTD is required to join as a vendor. ✔ I will provide notice for any product removal and comply with MarketHubTT’s quality standards. ✔ I agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
