Customer Data & Payment Policy

Minimal data collection for maximum service

We collect minimal data required to provide you with a safe and reliable ride-sharing and delivery experience.

🕐 Fraud Prevention & 180-Day Retention

Sensitive data collected during checkout (such as facial verification or ID scans for card payments) is not saved permanently. It is securely retained for up to 180 days strictly to be used as evidence to dispute unauthorized chargebacks.

Once the transaction is verified or the dispute window closes, all sensitive customer information is manually deleted from the site. No data is ever downloaded to local machines or personal devices.

Driver information, including Government IDs and Proof of Address, is uploaded directly to the MarketHub server and synced to Firebase.

Account and Data Deletion Request

In compliance with Google Play's data policies, users have the right to request the complete deletion of their account and all associated personal data.
