By submitting this form and making payment, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Authorization: I explicitly authorize Consumarwise Shopping Ltd, operating under markethubtt.com (FinAccess), to act as my designated facilitator in preparing and submitting my application, including sharing my provided documents, to Charles Schwab for the purpose of opening a U.S. bank/brokerage account on my behalf.
Account Ownership & Control: I understand and agree that the Charles Schwab account, once opened, will be solely in my name, and I will have full and direct ownership, control, and responsibility for the account and any associated debit card (if applicable). FinAccess will not have ongoing access to or control over my Schwab account or funds.
Accuracy of Information: I confirm that all personal information and documents I have provided to FinAccess are accurate, true, valid, and up-to-date. I understand that providing false or misleading information may lead to rejection of my application by Charles Schwab and may impact my eligibility for a refund.
Compliance: I agree to comply with all Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws and regulations, both in Trinidad & Tobago and the U.S. I confirm that I will use the opened Charles Schwab account for legal and legitimate purposes only.
Service Nature: I understand that FinAccess provides a facilitation and guidance service only. It is not a financial advisory service, nor does FinAccess manage or hold any of my funds at any point. My financial relationship for the bank account will be directly with Charles Schwab.
Payment Agreement: I agree to make the required upfront payment based on the package I choose for the FinAccess service.
Charles Schwab’s Discretion & Delays: I understand that Charles Schwab’s approval of my application is at their sole discretion, and any delays, additional information requests, or rejections from Charles Schwab are beyond FinAccess’ direct control.
