Driver Agreement for Tranzit Cab Taxi Services

By clicking "I Agree," you, the taxi driver (Independent Contractor), acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement between you and Markethubtt.com (an online supermarket and delivery service operated by Consumarwise Shopping Ltd.), specifically the Tranzit Cab Taxi Services Division. This agreement governs your role as an independent contractor, where you will be providing passenger transport services, including picking up and dropping off customers as directed by Markethubtt.com. You will not be responsible for accepting orders or deliveries from customers but solely for the safe transportation of passengers. Terms of Service Independent Contractor Status: You acknowledge that this agreement does not create an employer-employee relationship. You shall remain an independent contractor responsible for your vehicle's costs, including maintenance, fuel, and insurance. Service Standards: You agree to operate your vehicle in a safe, legal, and professional manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. For Luxury Rides, customers will travel alone without sharing the vehicle with other passengers. Drivers providing luxury rides are encouraged to use high-end vehicles, such as SUVs, with more space and comfort. Ride Rates and Driver Earnings: Economy Ride: Standard shared ride at a base rate of 3 TTD per kilometer and 1 TTD per minute for the duration of the trip. Luxury Ride: An additional charge of 20 TTD per trip applies for luxury vehicles. Drivers have the right to charge customers extra for additional wait times or distances not listed on our site. These extra charges, paid directly to the driver, belong entirely to the driver. Commission: 20% of all trip payments processed through the platform will be retained by Consumarwise Shopping Ltd. Payment Schedule: Weekly Payments: Drivers will be paid weekly based on the total earnings from the previous week, minus the 20% commission. Payments will be deposited directly into your bank account. One-Week Holdback for New Drivers: For new drivers, the first week’s earnings will be held back and paid at the end of the second week. This ensures a smooth onboarding process and allows for any necessary adjustments or verifications. After the first payout, you will receive weekly payments. Modification or Termination: Markethubtt.com reserves the right to modify or terminate this agreement at any time. Changes will be communicated in writing, and continued service indicates acceptance of the modified terms.
