    PaymentBy clicking "I Agree," you, the Driver (Independent Contractor), hereby acknowledge, accept, and agree to be bound by the comprehensive terms and conditions outlined in this Independent Contractor Agreement ("Agreement") with Consumarwise Shopping Ltd., operating as Markethubtt.com and the Tranzit Taxi Services Division (collectively referred to as "the Company"). Your compensation for services rendered through the Tranzit Taxi platform will be calculated and disbursed as follows: Fare Calculation: Your payment will be calculated solely based on the pre-paid fares for the completed passenger drop-offs facilitated through the Tranzit Taxi platform. These pre-paid fares are determined by the Customer's booking based on estimated distance and time provided by Google Maps, as accepted by the Customer at the time of booking. Payment Methods Accepted from Customers: Customers may choose to pay for their rides using one of the following methods: WiPay Card Payment: Payments processed instantly via the WiPay platform. Bank Transfer / Online Transfer: Payments made directly to the Company's bank account. Bank Details: Bank Name: SCOTIABANK Account Holder: CONSUMARWISE SHOPPING LTD Account Number: 904153614981 Important Note for Customers: Customers choosing this method are responsible for completing the transfer immediately upon booking and understand that the ride service is provided under the expectation of prompt payment verification. Cash Payment to Driver (Authorized): You, the Driver, are authorized to accept cash payments directly from Customers for the exact pre-calculated fare displayed in the Tranzit Taxi app for the specific ride. You are responsible for carrying sufficient change. Driver's Commission and Company Share: For every completed ride, the Company retains 25% (twenty-five percent) of the total pre-paid fare as its service fee and commission. You, the Driver, are entitled to 75% (seventy-five percent) of the total pre-paid fare for each completed ride. Payment Processing and Driver Remittance to Company: For WiPay and Bank Transfer Payments: For rides paid via WiPay or Bank Transfer, the full fare is collected by Consumarwise Shopping Ltd. Your 75% share of these completed rides will be tallied and disbursed to your designated bank account as per the Payment Schedule below. For Cash Payments Collected by Driver: You are responsible for collecting the full pre-calculated fare in cash from the Customer at the start or end of the ride, as agreed with the Customer. You are obligated to deposit the Company's 25% share of all cash-collected fares, along with any other amounts due to the Company, into Consumarwise Shopping Ltd.'s designated bank account (SCOTIABANK, Account #904153614981) at the end of each working day or no later than 24 hours after the collection of funds. You must provide clear and verifiable proof of deposit (e.g., bank receipt, online transfer confirmation) for all cash collections to the Company as required. Failure to deposit the Company's share of cash collected, or any form of misrepresentation or non-remittance of funds due to the Company, will be considered a severe breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your access to the Tranzit Taxi platform, with forfeiture of any outstanding earnings. The Company reserves the right to pursue all available legal actions to recover owed funds and damages. Payment Schedule (Driver Payout): At the end of each week (typically from Monday to Sunday), the total of your 75% share from all completed WiPay, Bank Transfer, and properly remitted cash rides will be tallied. Your payment will be disbursed to your designated bank account every Friday for the preceding week's completed services by Consumarwise Shopping Ltd. Scope of Payment: You understand and agree that this payment process exclusively covers the transportation of passengers booked and paid for via the Tranzit Taxi Service Division. This compensation does not include payments for deliveries, parcel services, personal errands, or any other services not explicitly offered, booked, and facilitated through the Tranzit Taxi platform. No Additional Cash Solicitation (Reiteration and Reinforcement): You are strictly prohibited from soliciting, requesting, or accepting any additional cash payments directly from Customers that are not the pre-calculated fare displayed in the app for the specific ride. This includes, but is not limited to, additional amounts for extended wait times beyond the pre-paid amount, unforeseen traffic delays, or any requested deviations from the pre-booked route. Any attempt by a Driver to solicit or accept direct cash payments from Customers outside of the approved pre-calculated fare will be considered a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your access to the Tranzit Taxi platform. You acknowledge that pre-paid fares are fixed based on initial estimates, and compensation for unforeseen delays or circumstances is managed by the Company's pricing model.

    Agreement *By clicking "I Agree," you, the Driver (Independent Contractor), acknowledge and accept the terms as an independent contractor for Consumarwise Shopping Ltd., operating as Markethubtt.com and the Tranzit Taxi Services Division (hereafter, "the Company"). Your Role: To safely and professionally transport passengers booked through the Tranzit Taxi platform. Your responsibilities are exclusively for passenger transportation; no deliveries or other services are included unless explicitly agreed upon for a specific booking. Service & Vehicle Requirements: You must operate safely, legally, and professionally, adhering to all traffic laws of Trinidad and Tobago. Luxury Rides: Require you to utilize a high-end vehicle (e.g., SUV, Executive Sedan) meeting the Company's quality standards for luxury service. Pricing Structure (Based on Google Maps Distance + Duration Estimates): ECONOMY RIDE: Base Rate (Driving): TT$3.00 per kilometer. Travel Time Rate: TT1.00perminute(calculatedasTT60.00 per hour). Initial Price (Booking Fee): TT$20.00 added as a starting price per trip. Minimum Ride Price: If the calculated fare is below TT15.00,theminimumofTT15.00 applies. Waiting Time Price: TT10.00perhour(equivalenttoTT0.166 per minute). This rate applies for pre-paid waiting time, which is included in the total fare calculation. Return Trip Fee: An additional TT$10.00 applies for return trips. LUXURY RIDE: Luxury Surcharge: An additional TT$20.00 will be added to the Economy Ride's calculated fare. Base Rate (Driving): TT$3.00 per kilometer. Travel Time Rate: TT1.00perminute(calculatedasTT60.00 per hour). Initial Price (Booking Fee): TT$30.00 added as a starting price per trip. Minimum Ride Price: If the calculated fare is below TT20.00,theminimumofTT20.00 applies. Waiting Time Price: TT10.00perhour(equivalenttoTT0.166 per minute). This rate applies for pre-paid waiting time, which is included in the total fare calculation. Return Trip Fee: An additional TT$10.00 applies for return trips. Earnings & Payment Processing: Revenue Split: For all completed rides, the total pre-paid fare (including any applicable waiting time, return trip fees, or additional distance as part of the initial booking) will be split as follows: Your Share (Driver): 75% (seventy-five percent) of the total pre-paid fare. Company Share (Consumarwise Shopping Ltd.): 25% (twenty-five percent) of the total pre-paid fare as commission. Payment Method for Customers: Customers may pay via WiPay Card Payment, Bank Transfer/Online Transfer, or Cash directly to you, the Driver. Driver Payouts (for WiPay/Bank Transfer Fares): Your 75% share from rides paid via WiPay or Bank Transfer will be tallied weekly (Monday-Sunday) and disbursed to your designated bank account every Friday for the preceding week's completed services. Cash Remittance (for Cash Fares Collected by Driver): If you collect the full pre-paid fare in cash from a customer, you are strictly required to deposit the Company's 25% share of such collections into Consumarwise Shopping Ltd.'s designated bank account (SCOTIABANK, Account #904153614981) at the end of each working day or within 24 hours. Failure to remit owed funds will result in legal action, including potential suspension or termination of your access to the platform. First Week Holdback: For new drivers, earnings from the first week of completed services will be held back and paid out alongside the earnings from the second week. General Terms: No Real-Time In-App Tracking: You acknowledge the Tranzit Taxi app does not provide real-time GPS tracking during rides. Communication with customers may require external methods like WhatsApp. No Unauthorised Cash Collection: You are strictly prohibited from soliciting or accepting any additional cash payments directly from Customers that are not part of the pre-calculated fare or the explicitly agreed-upon cash collection for the initial booking. Agreement Modification/Termination: Consumarwise Shopping Ltd. (Markethubtt.com) reserves the right to modify or terminate this Agreement or your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice.
    Vehicle and Service Categories & Requirements:Tranzit Taxi offers various transportation services, each with specific vehicle and service standards. Drivers can offer services based on the vehicles they register and the qualifications they meet. 1. Standard Passenger Car Services: Economy Ride Requirements: Vehicle Age: Must be under 5 years old. Condition: Must be in good condition, both externally (no significant dents, scratches, or rust) and internally (clean, odor-free, functional seating, working air conditioning). Vehicle Type: Suitable for private rides, typically compact cars, hatchbacks, or standard sedans. Service Detail: Private rides, exclusively reserved for the customer and their group (family/friends), at the standard Economy rate. Luxury Ride Requirements: Vehicle Age: Must be under 5 years old. Condition: Must be in excellent condition, both externally (pristine appearance) and internally (immaculate, premium seating, superior comfort, fully functional luxury features). Vehicle Type: High-end vehicles with spacious and luxurious interiors. Examples include SUVs, luxury sedans, or premium vehicles. Service Detail: Private rides, exclusively reserved for the customer and their group (family/friends), offering an upgrade for enhanced comfort, style, and space. 2. Group & Chartered Services (Maxi Taxi & Coming Soon: Buses): Maxi Taxi (Small - up to 15 Seats) - Chartered: Vehicle Age: Must be under [e.g., 7-10] years old and meet all Public Service Vehicle (PSV) regulations for Maxi Taxis in Trinidad and Tobago. Condition: Must be in good to excellent condition, clean, well-maintained, with all seats and seatbelts functional and intact. Air conditioning is highly recommended. Service Detail: Chartered service, meaning the entire Maxi Taxi is booked privately by the customer for their group (up to 15 passengers) for a specific route. No additional passengers will be picked up during the chartered trip. Driver Requirements: Must hold all necessary licenses and permits for operating a Maxi Taxi (e.g., Class 4/5 driver's license, PSV badge, Maxi Taxi permit). Maxi Taxi (Large - up to 32 Seats) - Chartered: Vehicle Age: Must be under [e.g., 7-10] years old and meet all Public Service Vehicle (PSV) regulations for Maxi Taxis in Trinidad and Tobago. Condition: Must be in good to excellent condition, clean, well-maintained, with all seats and seatbelts functional and intact. Air conditioning is highly recommended. Service Detail: Chartered service, meaning the entire Maxi Taxi is booked privately by the customer for their group (up to 32 passengers) for a specific route. No additional passengers will be picked up during the chartered trip. Driver Requirements: Must hold all necessary licenses and permits for operating a large Maxi Taxi (e.g., Class 4/5 driver's license, PSV badge, Maxi Taxi permit). Buses / Party Buses (For Excursions - Coming Soon): Details for requirements and service specifications for these categories will be communicated as they become available and before their launch on the Tranzit Taxi platform. Drivers interested in offering these services will need to meet specific vehicle, licensing, and operational standards to be announced. 3. Driver Flexibility (for Car Services only): Drivers registered for both Economy and Luxury Car Services (with appropriate vehicles) can choose to offer either service based on customer demand and their vehicle's qualification for the requested ride type. Important: Drivers operating Maxi Taxis or future Bus services will be registered specifically for those categories and cannot interchange with standard car services unless they also meet those distinct vehicle and licensing requirements.
