Non-slip mats to prevent groceries from moving during transit. Storage bins or crates to organize and protect groceries. Cleaning supplies to maintain a clean and sanitary vehicle interior.

For any deliveries exceeding this limit that you choose to accept, you will receive an additional $2 TTD per km. Please note that you cannot accept orders from areas that are not immediately close to the area you cover. For grocery deliveries beyond 1 km, you can earn up to $60 TTD, depending on the distance.

Agreement between Drivers and Markethub *YesThis agreement outlines the terms and conditions between Markethub and our drivers. By accepting an assignment with Markethub, you agree to adhere to the following: 1. Responsibilities and Requirements: Compliance: Drivers must comply with all requirements specified by Markethub, including maintaining a clean driving record, having a valid driver’s license, and ensuring their vehicle meets the standards set forth by Markethub. Accountability: Theft of issued funds, food, or groceries is strictly prohibited. Any such activity will result in immediate termination and potential legal action. Training: A short training video will be provided to you. You are expected to review this video thoroughly to understand the procedures and expectations. Order Acceptance: When you accept an order, please promptly announce it in the respective WhatsApp group you are assigned to. Orders are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Delivery Procedures: Markethub will send directions to the customer’s address. Upon delivery, present the invoice to the customer for their signature. After obtaining the customer’s signature, sign the invoice yourself and then deposit the invoice in the designated WhatsApp group. Grocery Shopping: When shopping for groceries on behalf of customers, maintain regular contact with the customer. Inform them immediately if any items are unavailable and offer alternatives of equal value. 2. Vehicle Cleanliness and Equipment: Cleanliness: Ensure your vehicle is clean and well-maintained. It is important for hygiene and to ensure groceries are transported safely. Equipment: We recommend using appropriate equipment for the safe transport of food and groceries. This includes insulated bags or coolers to maintain the quality of perishable items. 3. Acknowledgement: Please confirm that you understand and agree to the following: Markethub’s requirements and policies. Your ability to meet these requirements. That theft or mishandling of funds, food, or groceries is prohibited. Your commitment to following the outlined procedures for order acceptance, delivery, and communication with customers.
